An Urgent Swasthya Sathi Smart card has been issued to one beneficiary from a remote village of Dakshin Dinajpur district for treatment of her 03 years old boy suffering from Bone marrow disease (as advised by doctor). The beneficiary is a Member of SHG and her husband is a day labourer. The baby boy has been referred to Kolkata for treatment but due to the financial crisis of the family they were unable to continue treatment of their only child. Today, after issuance of the Swasthya Sathi card, the District Swasthya Sathi team with the help of the State Team is helping the beneficiary with the hospitalization procedure at the suitable Health Care Organisation at Kolkata
